Pumpkin Spice Shake
Everyone’s favorite seasonal vegan shake is back. Last year, Philadelphia magazine even dubbed it “the bomb.” (We think they’re onto something, if we do say so ourselves.) With our organic soy ice cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, and of course pumpkin, it’s just like mom’s pies (except 100% vegan, obvs). Treat yo’self to this spin on a fall classic – dare ya to make it past one sip without getting hopelessly caught up in our pumpkin love affair.
Butternut Squash Soup
We do enjoy a good pumpkin, but the mellow butternut squash is an under appreciated fall veggie that we think deserves some lovin’. We don’t know about you, but we’re ready to spend many a crisp autumn afternoon huddling over warm, creamy bowls of this stuff. Tell your friends: we’re calling on the fall gods to switch it up and do butternut squash-flavored everything next year.
Speaking of warming up, nothing fires up our soul and fills our stomach on a cold day like a nice bowl of chili. Seriously. Our special recipe is packed with a mouth-watering combo of quinoa, kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, fire-roasted tomatoes, and plenty of love. (Oh yeah, and we like to top it off with our corn tortilla chips for added crunchy goodness). MmmMmmMmm. It’s another win for #TeamPlantBased.
