All this excitement about spreading the veggie love over to 121 S Broad Street really kept us busy last week in HipCityLand. The soft opening of our newest plant-based venture on Sunday, December 11th was one for the books. We sampled our new breakfast menu and sipped on mimosas like no one was watching. While the HipCity fam captured the moment in our photo booth, The White Cheddar Boys kept the party going all morning. Life was good.
On Thursday, life got even better. If Broad Street had a roof, our grand opening would have blown it right off. Okay, so we might be exaggerating slightly, but it was a pretty huge deal. We served our bangin’ new breakfast menu in the morning, and by noon one snip of the ceremonial HipCity-blue ribbon had us officially open for business. Despite the winter chill, brave plant-loving souls lined the sidewalk to get their hands on free sweet potato fries and all their veggie faves. Big thanks to everyone who brought the crowd and came out to celebrate with us. We can’t wait to see you again, every day from 7am-7pm!
